Okay so overall, this isn't too bad. You have a good sense of colors, and your painting style is really soft and nice to look at. Your anatomy needs some work though, for example his neck looks just a little too long, the eye looks a bit too wide given the angle of the head (the eye gets horizontally shorter the more the head is turned!), and there's something strange about his forearm and wrist that I can't quite put my finger on... I think it's too thin, maybe? And the hand itself has just sliiightly too much palm. But back to what you did right, his hair looks really soft and feathery, and while folds in clothes can be hard to draw you certainly pulled it off here. I also like the subtle outline around most of the character, it's not super in-your-face but it still helps him stand out from the background a little.

All around, not too bad. Anatomy needs a bit of work, but you're definitely going the right direction. Good work
